All GoudieFX products come with a full two year "no questions" warranty to the original owner. If the pedal stops working for any reason I will repair and return ship promptly.
Purchase with confidence! GoudieFX will guarantee your tone!! We provide a 14 day trial period to ensure the pedal will work in your rig. We realize that tone is very subjective and there is an endless combination of rigs out there, so if you aren't happy with the sound of your pedal for any reason return it for a refund. There are very few pedal manufacturers that offer this service, we won't stick you with a pedal you don't want!
Return Policy:
Whether you are returning a product for repair or a refund please read and understand these guidelines before proceeding.
- Please contact us before returning any merchandise for refund, we'll provide the return shipping address.
- We do not provide cash refunds, credit will be applied to your PayPal account.
- We cannot refund shippings costs, the actual shipping cost is subtracted from the refund.
- Returns must be in BRAND NEW condition with all original packaging as received with no scratches or scuffs.
- Any damaged returns will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
- Please use USPS or Canada Post for all returns (regular mail), do not use UPS or FedEx. Any brokerage fees or additional shippings costs from a courrier such as UPS or FedEx will be subtracted from the refund. No exceptions.
- All returned merchandise (refund or warranty) must be marked as "returned merchandise" with a value of zero to avoid erroneous customs fees.
